Documentation
Prior to your appointment, you'll complete intake forms that provide essential background information. These forms help us understand developmental history, current functioning, and specific areas of concern.

Intake/Clinical Evaluation (1st in-person appointment)
The evaluation includes a clinical interview and discussion of neuropsychological testing tailored to your specific needs. The clinical interview includes (but is not limited to):
- Review of relevant medical and school records (as provided)
- Review of presenting concerns
- Make plan for next steps
Testing, as indicated (2nd in-person appointment)
Testing sessions are structured to optimize performance while maintaining comfort throughout the process.
- Cognitive and neuropsychological testing
- Academic and achievement assessments as needed
- Behavioral and emotional functioning measures
Analysis & Report Preparation
Our team carefully analyzes all assessment data to develop a comprehensive understanding of strengths and challenges. We prepare a detailed report that integrates findings with practical recommendations.

Feedback Session (3rd in-person appointment)
We schedule a feedback session to review findings, discuss diagnoses, and provide detailed recommendations. This collaborative meeting ensures you understand the results and feel confident about next steps.
