Assessments for adults experiencing cognitive or emotional changes related to aging, medical conditions, or injuries.

NBHS provides evaluations for the following concerns in adults (including, but not limited to):

  • Executive functioning deficits, such as poor organization, poor time management, and inability to complete tasks
